Here are a few things about our wines that are both useful — and, we think, rather interesting.

At Fox & Fox, we focus obsessively on detail — from vineyard to bottle — to ensure every wine we produce is not only delicious, but as pure and precise as possible.

All of our wines are suitable for both vegetarian and vegan diets, so they can be enjoyed with confidence on any occasion.

Even the sugar used for secondary fermentation is certified organic and vegan. We also avoid the use of additives such as enzymes in our winemaking.

Quite simply, we prioritise purity in everything we do.

All wines contain naturally occurring sulphites, and a small additional amount is used to maintain stability and freshness.

In our wines, sulphite levels are kept as low as possible — just enough to protect quality — so that each bottle can be enjoyed immediately or cellared in a cool, dark place.

Grapes naturally contain flavour compounds that resemble those found in other fruits. These familiar references are often used to describe a wine’s character.

Broadly speaking:

• Pinot noir — apple, strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant, cherry
• Pinot Meunier — apple, plum, damson, blueberry, blackberry
• Chardonnay — apple, lemon, lemon meringue, nectarine
• Pinot gris — baked apple, ginger, clove, honey

All of our wines are made exclusively from grapes grown in our own vineyards.

Our clay-rich soils, combined with careful, hands-on viticulture, allow us to produce wines with depth, balance, and beautifully expressive fruit.

These wines contain alcohol and should be enjoyed responsibly.
