INSPIRATION BRUT BLANC DE Blancs 2013
Inspiration is our unique blend, celebrating our delicious Pinot Gris, with a dash of ripe Chardonnay to make a beautifully balanced fizz full of small bubbles and enticing zesty fruit flavours.It is particularly well paired with seafood and Asian inspired dishes, the subtle notes of ginger and citrus bringing out the full flavours of those foods. It is also delightful when drunk as an aperitif. Inspiration Brut Blanc de Blancs 2013 was the first ever varietal Pinot Gris sparkling wine produced and released in the UK. It has won Gold & Silvers from the UK Wine Awards, IEWA & Drinks Business Global Sparkling Masters in 2017.
TRADITION BRUT BLANC DE NOIRS 2013
Tradition is our take on the classic Blanc de noirs style, Made with minimal intervention in the winery to let all the fruit speak for itself. The wine has a satisfying depth and high notes of ripe apple with a nuance of peach. It is a joyous wine. A testament to our love affair with Pinot Noir dominated Fizz. Enticing small bubbles create a rich mousse sparkling with ripe baked-apple flavours that linger. It is a beautifully rounded fizz with a satisfyingly long finish. This is a wine that is a delight to drink and savour on its own. It goes well with traditional dishes such as braised belly of pork or baked apple desserts. Tradition was awarded Silver and 90 points by the Decanter World Wine Awards and IEWA in 2017. It was a Matthew Jukes Star Wine in 2018.
EXPRESSION SAIGNÉE BRUT ROSÉ 2013
Complex Saignée Rosé, capturing red berries and spice from the predominantly Pinot noir base. Lifted by a suspicion of Chardonnay and Pinot gris, to give a long satisfying finish. Light notes of raspberry and redcurrant with a zesty lift of pink grapefruit on the finish, this is an elegant salmon pink rosé . It offers bready notes initially on the nose which lift to reveal fruitier notes below and ends with a long, refreshing finish. It pairs well with charcuterie and salmon. It was a Gold Medal Winner in the Glass of Bubbly Awards 2017. Great British Wine describes Fox & Fox Expression Brut Saignée Rosé 2013 as “The Grown-up Rosé”
